We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS encryption in transit, and access controls limiting who can access your data within our organization. We store documents in Cloudflare R2 with private access controls and signed URLs.

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and listing data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes after account deletion.
